Oodlz.ai ("we," "us," "our") provides AI brand agents that handle inbound responses and outbound content for businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and what your rights are. We aim to collect as little as possible and use it only to provide our service.

What we collect
What you give us directly
-Account info: name, email, business name, phone (optional)
-Billing info: handled by Stripe — we don't store card details ourselves
-Brand training data: your FAQs, voice and tone guidelines, product info, and any documents you upload to train your agent
-Integration credentials: when you connect social, messaging, or publishing accounts, we store the access tokens needed to operate your agent
-Support conversations: anything you share when contacting us
What we collect automatically
Standard web analytics: browser type, pages viewed, IP address, approximate location, time on site, referring URL
Cookies and similar tools (see Cookies section below)
We do not collect government IDs, social security numbers, or sensitive financial information.
Why we collect it
We use your information to:
-Run your AI agent and deliver the service you're paying for
-Process payments and manage your account
-Improve our product based on aggregated usage patterns
-Send you operational emails (billing, service updates, support replies)
-Send marketing emails — only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe anytime
-Comply with legal obligations
Our legal basis: contract (we need this info to provide the service you've purchased), legitimate interests (operating and improving our business), and consent (for marketing).

We use cookies for:
-Keeping you logged in (session cookies)
-Remembering preferences (persistent cookies)
-Anonymous usage analytics via Google Analytics
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work without them. We don't currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals — there's no industry standard yet.
Who we share it with
We share information only with:
-Service providers we use to run Oodlz.ai (e.g., Hostinger for hosting, Stripe for payments, Google Analytics for usage data, our email provider for transactional emails). They're contractually bound to protect your data.
-Platforms you connect: when your agent posts to LinkedIn, X, Instagram, etc., that data goes to those platforms under their terms.
-Legal requirements: if we're legally required to disclose information (court order, subpoena, fraud investigation).
-Business transfers: if Oodlz.ai is acquired or merges with another company, your data transfers as part of that.
We do not sell your data, ever. We don't share it for third-party marketing.
Data security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data — encrypted connections, access controls, secure infrastructure. No system is 100% secure, so we ask you to use a strong password and keep your login details private.
Your rights
You can:
-Access a copy of your data
-Correct anything that's wrong
-Delete your account and data
-Opt out of marketing emails
-Export your data to take elsewhere
-Withdraw consent at any time
To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days.
If you're in the EU/UK, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
How long we keep data
We keep your data while your account is active. After cancellation, we retain it for up to 90 days in case you reactivate, then delete it — except where law requires longer retention (e.g., financial records for tax purposes).
International transfers
Oodlz.ai operates from servers that may be located outside your country. By using the service, you consent to your data being processed internationally. For EU/UK users, we use Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission to safeguard transfers.
Children
Oodlz.ai is not intended for anyone under 16. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If we discover we have, we'll delete it immediately. Parents/guardians can contact us at [email protected].
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we'll post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Oodlz.ai means you accept the updated policy.
